Prelude illuminated driver's door sill.

I went out for the first time when it was dark today and realised it did not have the lit-up Prelude logo on the door sill. Is it an extra as some sort of package add-on?

That's a nice touch, but I meant an actual lit-up Prelude logo on the door sill itself. I'm sure I saw a video of a nighttime illumination where it was shown. It's the Honda family co from Australia; perhaps it's only standard there, shame as it looks really nice. I have tried to post an actual link to the video but can't for some reason.

Install looks fairly complicated as a DIY, there is a video of a guy who did it and the other lighting addons himself on YouTube.

Yes, that's it, I don't remember the dealer offering me the option of this, at that price I reckon I would have gone for it, oh well.

Have this, was offered as part of a package including the projectors and lit cup holders here. Quite nice but I don't really have a point of comparison as never got to see the standard ones. Though yes from the installation PDF I've seen it's rather involved...

I've got these illuminated door sill protectors on my car - I think they look good. In the UK they are available as part of an illumination package (that includes footwell lights and the logo pattern projectors), or just on their own.

My car has the illuminated door sills but not the logo pattern projectors. It does have the standard 'puddle lights ' - and I agree with you that they are a little
bit weak.
