Anybody change out there tires?. Tire rack rates the Contis ok while the Goodyears get a marginal rating.

I’m putting on Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3’s on Monday morning, will let you know how they are.

Thanks, I was looking the Conti DWS06 if I get a Lude .

TireRack has real world reviews. Both the Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3 and Conti DWS06are probably the top 2 choices. I think the Pirelli is supposed to be slightly quieter as the tires wear more. Continental occasionally has rebates. I do not recall if Pirelli has them. Pirelli is usually a tiny bit more expensive.

TireRack was bought by Discount tire a while back. There are way more Discount Tire locations. You can go to any local Discount Tire and ask for a price match if you find them cheaper.

My UK spec car came with Continental Premium Contact 6 tyres fitted as standard. They seem quiet enough, comfortable and very progressive and manageable as you approach the limits of adhesion.

Any more grip than this and I think my head might fall off in mid corner..... 🙃

Put on the P Zero AS Plus 3 tires today. They’re louder and ride harsher than the Goodyear Eagles. But they’re better in the corners and that was just cruising my normal route. Going to give them a couple hundred miles to break in and will push them on my normal backroads.

For my application it seem the DWS06 would be better because of the winter weather here in Colorado. Not thats my primary car(26 CRV) but i would still like to drive it.
