I am 100% bent on this S+ 'fake gear' nonsense. Always 'paddle shifter ... fake gears'. They are not fake gears; the paddles are 'driver control of engine revs" - to keep the ICE in its optimal energy generation realm (high RPMs). How do we know higher RPMs produce more electricity and better performance? Answer: Honda pins the RPMs when using a 'brake torque' launch. These reviewers can't see this - ever.
