Completed our 3,275 mile, 2 week road trip in the Prelude, and I must say, IT WAS AWESOME!
These smiles tell it all!!
Our similar past road trip vacations have been in a 2005 Chevy SSR (look it up, it's retro cool!) and a 2007 C6 Z51 Corvette....both had plusses and minuses, as did the Prelude, but overall, THE PRELUDE WINS AS A GT, PLENTY OF CARGO SPACE, COMFORTABLE, SPORTY LOOKING, FUN TO DRIVE ON INTERSTATES AS WELL AS CURVY ROAD, EASY IN AND OUT OF (we're into our 70s), HEAD TURNING, VACATION RIDE!
We bought the Prelude with just such road trips in mind, and weren't disappointed (although taken by surprise by a huge mountain pass https://www.prelude6g.com/threads/rut-ro-i-had-an-issue-in-extreme-mountain-grades.227/ )...
This one took us through 6 states, with The Tetons and Yellowstone as our main destinations...where are we headed next? Stay Tuned!!
