This does look nice but is just trim changes.
I would have considered this if it had being available as the majority of my cars over 45 years have been red.

Of course, they aren't calling it a "Final Edition"—and I’m no marketing expert—but my gut feeling is that this edition is arriving a year or two too early for a car that is already something of a niche "halo" model.

Limiting the availability of a car that already feels rare makes little sense to me at this stage, when sales momentum is just building up. Doesn't that risk cannibalizing the planned 2026 sales of the "standard" Prelude, as people might wait for the special edition instead? The list price would be interesting, too—can they really charge that much more? For a "Last Edition" right before discontinuation, sure—but right in the middle of the lifecycle?

Yes!!!
I had ordered a grey Prelude that was due to arrive next month. This afternoon, I found out that the new Bordeaux-colored Prelude 2027 Limited is being imported into Europe and France.
I just managed to cancel my order in time to place a new one for this model.
I think it looks great, and I feel it's worth waiting an extra month or month and a half to get it. I'll let you know more in December!

Does it cost any extra?

Around €2,000 in France.
It's a 2027 model, and there will be very few of them in France.

I have the Moonlit white with the two-tone interior. I think the white paint was around £700 (800 Euros) extra; 2000 Euros extra for this limited edition sounds a lot. I have the two-tone blue and white interior, and that cost no extra here in the UK. I wonder what exactly the extra they are asking for this model is for? Though I admit it looks classy.

In France, the only option is the blue/white two-tone interior for €200.
The Limited Edition version costs around €1,000 extra in Germany.
France—that new Third World country—needs cash!

That's a stunning color, definately a fan. The new Nissan Z comes in a similar shade, happened to see one driving home yesterday and was drooling over it. ANY Color is great among the black, white, grey everything else out there!

I’ve learned from my dealer that there will be only 60 units available in France.
With 76 dealerships in the country, there won't be enough for everyone!
I am one of the very lucky future owners, and if any of my fellow countrymen want one, they had better hurry.
I hope to receive this gem before the end of the year.

I am very sad because I learned from my dealer that, due to the conflict in Iran, ships have to go around the southern tip of Africa. I should get it around mid-January.

In the meantime, I’m looking at the pictures! :p

Nice, and Interesting....I noticed the RED calipers and ground effect bar....that's a shift from the blue on the 2026 models.
Anyone know know if the red calipers and bar are on all 2027 Preludes, or just this color?

Just on the red limited edition.

However, I think the true color looks more like the one in the video linked above by our friend GoZoner than the one in the images above. Like the white version, the color seems to vary depending on the lighting.

I thought the point of the blue stripe at the front and back was to signify it was a hybrid; obviously not. I have toyed with the idea of covering mine with red tape, as it would go better with the white and black exterior colours, I think.
